alot of it here is to do with the police, as well....ordinary police on the beat dont go out on a beat with a gun...we have special swat teams for crimes involving guns...

so it helps in the way that many criminals in this country dont go out equipped with them, cos the police dont....

kinda symbiotic really.....if more coppers had them then more criminals would....can you see what i mean?....
