Not that I know of. In European mythologies, dragons (the word itself comes from Latin) are land creatures. Leviathan is the word for sea monster. Some Chinese and Japanese dragons are water dragons but they don't seem to have any attributes similar to Cipactli. [

And there's no evidence Mayans or Aztecs were getting the concept of serpents, crocodiles, or sea monsters from the Japanese or Chinese.
