<HTML>Robert,
Ma'at is not a side... it's a venue.
Wherever you go, you will be confronted by people who either oppose or support your position on OCT. If you get into a discussion in the airport... do you consider yourself opposing the airport? Is the FAA now to be considered the "other side"?
Robert, there are people here who support your theory. There are people here who oppose your theory.
Please do not think that the OCT will NOT receive fair and valid treatment just because the mainstreamers are concentrated. I think the recent geopolymer business has clearly shown how many people READ with intent interest... yet rarely comment. (Blue, for example).
However, I have been wanting to make one comment here for a while, but I kept forgetting...
We have a written, documented decision reached by the BSC on the Horizon program. We have the "components" of the program here (Hancock and Bauval) to get their perspectives on their actual intent, and we have the "builders" here (Hale & company) to testify to their practices and intents...
and we STILL can't seem to get a concensus on what happened, how, or why.
And yet we seem to think that we can come up with an agreement on "what happened, how and why" for an event that occurred at least 4,500 years ago -- for which there is NO written record, NO surviving builders, and only the components left to judge.
That is actually quite funny, if you think about it.
No, Robert. Ma'at is a fine forum. Use it to sharpen your arguments... expand your research... read what the opposition intends to publish against the OCT... and be aware that it probably represents a lot more of the educated public than just those who post here.
Sincerely,
Anthony</HTML>
