<HTML>Well, what I see here is a percieved problem of the advocates of the geopolymer theory being not only under pressure to try and explain the complexities of a very complex argument, but also under the pressure of having a lot of people just waiting (keyboards at the ready) to respond the second they make a reply. Just look at FD'S response to Anthony's post- A. specifically asked for the opponents of the GT not to respond.
Additionally it's a bit difficult to win when some people claim MM's posts are too long, yet Sandy J's are too short.
Again there is now a rather intolerable pressure of time being levied against the advocates of the GT.
Sandy J has referred to the nature of some posts and as far as I have ever seen Anthony has responded properly. But it can be rather daunting to the advocates I imagine, knowing there's almost guaranteed to be a fair bit of rough and tumble awaiting their post.
When I first heard of the GT I dismissed it immediately as way beyond belief. When I read MM.S REPLIES I thought they were good replies but still unconvincing, Sandy J'S replies imo are worthwhile and thought-provoking. Doesn't mean I agree with them but then again they provide an explanation to the problem of a 20-30 year construction period for the GP and therefore is of interest. Additionally Anthony,s machine also provides an explanation to this and I was wrong to dismiss this so blandly not so long ago. That's the beauty of Egyptology, its all about opinions!
Best,
