<HTML>It does have some rather negative connotations here doesn't it?
~~~~~~~
I'm afraid I'm not very up on British politics ..... why would flying the flag have negative connotations?
It's actually odd for me NOT to have one .... we grew up flying the flag outside the house on the 4th of July, Flag Day, Presidents birthdays, Veterans Day, Memorial Day.... etc .....
I had retired the one I had about two months ago because it was too worn (not respectful to fly a threadbare flag) ..... I just hadn't replaced it yet ..... and I'll still have to buy another when I can get them ... the one I managed to get wasn't standard size ..... but I can deal with it for awhile anyway ....
Like I told Claire in email before ..... everything is selling so fast and furious that I couldn't even find ribbon in our colors for my car antenna! You should see "downtown" Clanton !! It's red, white, and blue from one end of Main Street to the other !!!
