<HTML>There is plenty of precident for trying him at the Hague. The real issue is that he would have a chance to defend himself and in doing so could expose some very dirty laundry that we - and others - would prefer was left hidden. Don't be surprised if the Taliban tries him and executes him itself. I want to know if we have DNA of his to verify the identity of body parts.

There are other conspirators we want, too, and I am wondering if we will go after them in the same fashion or just try to kill them outright. Clinton was on TV tonite and frankly admitted trying to kill them with cruise missles. He also said that the presidential order prohibiting assasinations applies only to heads of state. Talk about nit-picking.</HTML>
