All the same, I'm very curious as to WHAT STATE actually used his organization in this attack. I do not believe this was solely the work of Bin Ladin. His capture alive is only important in so far as it may reveal further information.

But if he is to go on trial - should he survive (unlikely - he will shot himself first) - I suggest that he (and his entire organization) be tried by the United Nation's war crimes tribunal.
