<HTML>With emotions running high has anybody actualy stopped for a second to think that there is no way that bin Laden can be brought to trial in US??? It is not even a guestion if he deserves it or not. It is a simple question of law.
United States will never agree for a trial to be held in neutral country and where in the whole USA will you find 12 inpartial jurors so that the trial can be fair and just??? How about applaying test of quilt beyond resonable doubt??? How about presenting evidence and cross-examining the witnesses??? IMO even the worst of attorneys should be abble to have
the case dissmissed just on the grounds of the fairness of the application of the law. I bet bin Laden will be killed while resisting arrest or soon afterwards while attempting to escape.
