<HTML>Well, I just read Ms. Morris' eleven posts from August 7th.
Dang, if that woman doesn't repeat herself constantly.
Well, here's the answer to a couple of our questions:
Q. Why is there strata in the blocks?
A. That's not strata. It's simply a natural seperation that occurs as the limestone polymer sets up.
Rebuttal: Okay... then isn't it funny that these seperations happen to match a lot of the strata lines in the quarries?
Q: Explain how the quarries have been chemically identified/jumbled shell identified as the origins of the blocks?
A. Well, the chemicals SHOULD be the same, as its the source of the geopolymer ingredients. The jumbled shell is also matching up (now) because Davidovits hyphothesizes that they slopped lots of the wet geopolymer mix around the quarries... so it looks like that's the natural state of the stone, when its actually just a thin layer of wet geopolymer.
Rebuttal:
1. If the limestone was disaggregated IN the quarry, this would have created the slop that needed to be carried to the pyramid for construction purposes. However, this is logistical SUICIDE and COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL... why would they CARRY the water FROM the quarry TO the pyramid? Why would the not simply carry the dry limestone material in the baskets, and allow the water to FLOW down channels or pipes to the building site? The water must have DOUBLED the weight of the material, thereby cutting the efficiency in HALF. I'd SHOOT my foreman if he ever tried to carry out the job in this fashion. I doubt the BRILLIANT ancient Egyptians would have carried out work like this for very long, either, before discovering the gross error in their ways. Since the area that is exposed is the LAST area to be quarried/harvested, this area should have the LEAST amount of any geopolymer slopped around... yet this is the area that seems to match the limestone blocks all around. Seems awfully convenient that as long as there weren't any quarries that matched, the theory was fine. When Klemm & Klemm identified the quarries, they now claim that there's just a layer of geopolymer glopped on the walls, and the chemical analysis is flawed.
Conclusion:
The geopolymer theory for pyramid construction appears to be hinged on the LACK of good explanation for alternative pyramid construction techniques. If a system is introduced to explain the transportation/hoisting of blocks in a quick, economic, and plausible fashion, then the basic need for the geopolymer theory will be erradicated... and so will the geopolymer theory itself.
It simply stretches too far to continue explaining evidence against it.
I tried, Sandy. I tried to let Ms. Morris' explanations change my mind... but I only found out why I didn't remember them.
They don't really help much.
