Presumably, you're referring to pg. 12 of Petrie's "The Pyramids and Temples of Gizeh": and, yes, the angle is given as about 51.5 deg.

But it was the use sekeds [en.wikipedia.org] that would have achieved this angle.

So I'm not really seeing quite what the problem is: or even if there is one.
