Well then allow me. Pretty straight forward (ASSUMING THE MEASUREMENTS ARE CORRECT)

If 100 and 125 are correct it is simply 1/2 100 by 125 or 50/125 or 125/50 and we get 2.5

We then find that tan of 2.5 equals 68.198590513648188229755133913056 degrees or 68.2 for those that do not like a lot of decimals. HOWEVER ... AND THIS IS A FIRST the metric values of 29.6 and 37 ACTUALLY YIELD THE SAME RESULT.

So I guess 1 on the horizontal and 2.5 on the vertical seems to be logical.
