I suspect that the supposed reference to "printing stone tools" might be the result of some error in translation.
It is claimed that Professor Guneri actually stated (June 2022) that:
“The mass migrations from Siberia to the Zagros by using the Central Asian mountain corridor must have reached the Göbeklitepe culture areas via northern Iraq. According to the current results of our research with our Russian colleagues, concrete traces of stone tool industries produced by printing technology by Upper Paleolithic Siberian peoples, represented by the Early North Asian genetic group, in the region were previously revealed by our Russian and European colleagues.” ( [

However, this article - [
curiosmos.com] - refers simply to "microblade etching technology." It appears, therefore, as if "etching" might have been substituted by "printing" in some translations, giving rise to the curious image of ancient Siberian peoples trudging across the steppes to Anatolia accompanied by large 3D printers, e.g.: [

What this does demonstrate is the importance of accurate translation, and the confusion that can arise from mistakes in translation.
This leaves us with the second part of the hypothesis: that Gobekli Tepe was founded by ancient Siberians ... an interesting idea. Presumably the evidence for the proposal will be closely scrutinised and discussed in time to come.
