That it does not conform to Jewish practices pretty much eliminates it as authentic. Judaism is rather conservative in its iconography. This would not, and indeed, has not, changed when Jews migrate to new areas. Since this has been consistent for the last 2500 years, it is unlikely at best that it would change for this stone.
