1) I think he overlooks the fact wet cement weighs more than the dried out counterpart.

ie If you couldn't get a 15 cu ft capstone up you sure couldn't get the wet cement to pour it up... (assuming one pour, and multiple pours could show the same cake lines cement does today. You can never get two batches the perfect blend.)

2) No matter how carefully shaped poured cement mirrors minute flaws in the manufactured moulds. Why are there none present? (If the answer to this is the pours were finished and polished they WHY couldnt they do the same to rock?)
