No.
The effect you're describing actually isn't a rotational change, but rather requires a huge shift in the continental plates themselves. Shifting the continents that far in a thousand year time period (or anything short of a million years) or so would cause vast and destructive earthquakes, shattering the crust across the globe (not the occasional large quake, but magnitude 8 quakes everywhere that went on for many many years.)
The pyramids and everything else would have been completely destroyed.
The shift in the position of the lands would cause a lot of volcanic action (possibly causing widespread destruction of ocean life.) It would also change the ocean currents and both those factors would cause tremendous climactic change (similar to the events 30 million years ago: [
