<HTML>Well Jameske it is not often that I agree with Anthony but in this case IF (huge "if" IMO) he did indeed rediscovered Ed's machine he has a full right to patent it. Lets just assume, for the disscussion sake, that indeed Ed Leedskalnin discovered a new and very officient method of lifting heavy objects. In this case he could if he wanted to patent his method all this time ago. It was his choice that he didn't and had chosen instead to set a puzzle for the future generations. He also did not (AFAIK) leave any clues, hints or pointers so if Anthony despite all this managed to recreate the "machine" he has a full right to reap the rewards of his labours.
