<HTML>The measurement of Pi in the GP is based on the height and the perimeter. Actually, it is a function of the angle of degree (51*-52*), which will always yield 2xPi in the calculation.

51* is an average angle for a pyramid. It is also based on a standard ratio that was commonly used... I can't recall it off the top of my head right now.

The Pi figure is merely a coincidence, according to most.
