Are you certain there is no link between the two kingdoms of Kush?
I thought the word Kush meant Horsemen. We were always taught that the original Kushites were fierce giant men with beards covered in hair all their bodies. They settled in the highlands of Ethiopia and had no women of their own.

I asked some tribal elder about the Kush people. He didnt know where they come from but maybe Oman - we are so called Berberians. Hani doesnt know where the Ksk how he says it come from. Tswhi says they had spices and medicine.and horses. They were traders with silver and lapus. Ok ok.
Legend has it that (my interjection* Western Subcontinental Indian cultures ) hairy bearded tall men on horses with huge armies and no women had their own settlements for many centuries from Adowa in the south ( Adow a kingdom founded by Egyptians in Absynnian mountains before times of wjhi ta wst ( Assyrian enemy of egyptian town) from Adowa to Tokar, built garrisons in Tamai which the the Ksk named in theor own tongue.

Sorry Im listening to three old men arguing over wireless connection. Im in Boston two are in Farafra and one is in Dakhla.

Shut up
ok so Kushites were ugly hairy men with no women. or their women were assumed to look like them- they had important seettlements in Ethiopia and Ur..They opened the gates to Ehtiopia ..hey . lets paraphrase they were gold barons who came from across the sea and had endless resources, very big men very tall with horses got that. and elephants they had herd of elephants-right ok shyut up ptah ha/

Ksk have horses and are so bold and ruthless for gold they siezed Massowan from the Shendi and the Sarra peoples who were originally from Nyala (Dakhla) in olden days. When the Shendi convinced the Sarra to not resist the Kushite ware lords, as they had spices and never ceasing demand for coffee and sesame- which went back to India. Big trade all the way from Libyan desert to their cities for trade. The new Kushites used horses to push their enemies the Toski and Korti peoples that were the Kingdom of Nubia around the Wahdi Halfa 2nd cataract. Those same people the British people called "Woolies". They are native to the western escarpment of the mountains from 1st ctaract south west of Aswan to sixth cataract near present time Khartoum where the blue and white nile meet. These people language Mutemwa they always lived in Egypt and Great desert but different from other kind of racial people. The Woolies that fought against Massowan were driven first south and after long time passed Egyptian chiefs got fury kushite too many influence on field of the gold and cattel.Chiefs from Egypt and Nubia came and fought the Kushites. The Toski Korti formed alliance with the Nyala people westward and into Libya. Some Toski people that stayed in Kush territory near Debba where alot of copper mines were. The Other Woolies came and punished them for working in collusion with the Kushites. They had mixed alot of generations of children together.
The Debba Toski were forced out by every tribe that saw them in Nyala tribal lands they were the babies of the ksk who they aharem tsk -? genocide the kushites were eventually outnumbered and killed all of them. But the children were for slave of faroan and chief noone wants bad luck bad eye gini so they orphansleft alne but noone feeds them they walking all the way to Niger and now Debba Toski msi are cattle tribe Woodabe good camel traders and donkeys and big cow big horns-super- Oh the Debba toski msi now known as Woodabe captured by Bedu slave traders and by the tribes of Tuaregs in southern Morroco that conquered the Woodabe for slaves in recent times but ended up intermarrying with them they are really Toski too. These Tuareg only live in Niger and Morroco I think.

Whew Mondays dedicated hours was at least interesting. The family says hellow but they can't read everything we write too many words.

Ok so what I get from the elders and assorted know it all teenagers is that The Kush people in Sudan were not originally Sudanese but had no women of their own. They were gold barons who traded copious amounts of coffee and sesame with the region. Horses were their means of transport. Supposedly also had elephants but that was probably not correct.
Their women and children were passed around as slaves by neighboring cultures and everyone liked the moniker so they kept it.
