I did not suggest that Schoch had not credited Fix - but, please note, I had already recognised Fix as the source of an argument presented in Schoch's book before I had seen any such direct citation. (See posts passim.)
Also, the first time I read this article, I overlooked the following valuable (and highly quotable) statement:
