Sorry about the subject heading, but it is succinct and I do have a couple of questions concerning both the pyramids and down-under, though not in conjunction.
I am a professor at a community college in New Jersey, and one of my colleagues in the history department is an interesting character. He not only espouses in private, but teaches in class the most remarkable things. I will include only two here: a claim that there are pictoral inscriptions inside certain Egyptian tombs (pyramids included) that are "generally thought" to depict non-human figures or what he calls his little green men, and a claim for solid evidence to back up the idea of crustal slippage (which he somehow combines with the Piri Reis map), said evidence including the remains of crocodiles and palm trees in Antarctica. I can't remember off-hand if he stated those remains were frozen or fossilized or flash-frozen or what.
Now, I'm not kidding here. The above were actual topics in his class, where he claimed evidence for alien intervention in Egyptian society and rapid crustal shifting in fairly recent times. Now, assume I know nothing about these things (I am a military historian after all) and please tell me where these ideas are coming from, is there such "evidence," etc....
Any and all responses welcome.
