My post referred only to the AE creation myth, that apparently didn't achieve currency until the 9th/10th Dynasties (c. 2160 BC–2040 BC).

But, since you mention the subject, all the myths you mention are probably descended from a Near Eastern cycle of legends, folklore, etc., that had been circulating in the region since very remote times.
