Those are more likely coincidences. Where is the evidence for any resemblances these dimensions being "planned"?

That the presence of the Mokattam Formation largely dictated the placement of the Giza pyramids, which were sited at set numbers of cubits from each other because those were the units the AE worked with.

Similarly, chambers within these structure incorporated round numbers of cubits, because that was the most convenient way to set them out.
