The Parthenon seems to have been built with an almost zealot like drive to incorporate Phi into it's construction. It is everywhere in every nook and cranny. Can we contemplate why ?

Well Athena who we have seen probably represents Venus and doesn't Venus SCRIBE A PENTAGRAM IN THE SKY ! It is now obvious, at least to me that somehow the ancients knew this fact and that is why Phi became associated with Venus/Athena.

Don't think you will find that bit of wisdom in your text books.
