Petrie was aware of the change in angles and he measured them.

But more critically, he also measured very definitely the length of 63 cubits from the corner to the bend as shown in my top post.
You seem to have ignored this.
It gives a bend length of 117 x 2 cubits to make 360 cubits total.

In which case the 25920 precession number is not supported.

By the way when was Alpha Draconis near the pole ?
