Could this be a star map with ISON? The date is Nov 28 2013 AD. This is simply an altitude to latitude correlation. I did not try to align latitude with azimuth. Egypt is lined up in a South to North direction thus it clearly relates to latitude. The map is based on ISON crossing the Meridian.
