Pardon my ignorance,

A pyramid with a base of 200 cubits would have a ha;f base of 100 cubits.

Therefore the run from center to edge would be 100 cubits
The rise from center-base to peak would be 100 cubits.

The slope would therefore be 7 palms run to 7 palms rise.

That would describe a slope of 22.5 Degrees, not 45 degrees.

What am I missing here?
