Not really, since age and foot size aren't necessarily correlates. My father (at 6' tall) has noticeably small feet. So do I (I wear children's sizes 4-5) -- I'm 5'3", which is short but not unusually so. My mother was small (5'4") with small feet (size 4 1/2.) My son has small-ish feet but my daughter's feet are in the normal women's range (7-8) and my husband's are in the normal men's range (10-12.) Looking at my family shoe sizes, you would conclude that there were a set of girls in their early teens (my mother and I), that my daughter was the adult female head of the household, my dad and my son are in their early teens, and my husband is the adult male head of the household.
As was said, context is everything.
