Anthony posted a link to one of Jon Bodsworth's photographs, showing precisely this. Your original post didn't specify that you were looking for a representation from, say, the OK or MK.

To turn to your other request, for a representation of a pyramid in the throes of construction: well, I certainly don't know of any. Does anyone else?
