This is a most interesting observation.



It would appear that even as early as The 3rd Dynasty ratios were quite popular with the builders.

But you know what I remember seeing this image and ratio layout somewhere else and where was that ... well just have a look.



So it might appear that Giza was not the only astronomy book in Ancient Egypt. And when the Pharaoh went running around the complex well maybe he was just reenacting a planetary orbital period of one of the planets around the sun.
