Dieter Arnold has a chapter called "Plans" in his "Building in Egypt". He discusses grids and drawings and lists sixteen surving examples. However he comes to this conclusion about the use of a "scale".
"In using grid sytems, however, did Egyptians also understand the method of drawing to a certain scale - were the squares in the grid of the plan intentionally drawn as a fraction of the real cubit? And did the architects cover their construction sites with such a grid of cubit squares in order to construct the actual outlines of the walls? Construction lines preserved on the foundations or pavement of buildings seem not to favour this possibility."
(Building in Egypt p.7-9).
Here's one of the items listed by Arnold which is a plan of the tomb of Ramesses IV.
