Actually it was "bonus points" for using unit fractions.

AE method 7 * 4= 28 with their givens, they knew the perimeter of a square is equal to the circumference of a circle whose areas differ by a 14/11 ratio.

G1's 14/11 seked is the evidence along with processes from the RMP & MMP, illustrating why the AE referred to a square when calculating the area of a circle, actually both can be calculated at the same time when calculating any aspect of a circle. The AE calculated, as demonstrated by G1 1/28 radius is equal to 1/56 diameter, 1/176 of the circumference or perimeter and 1/44 the squares side length making pi the inherent value within the formula, much like the square root of 2 is inherent within a square. i.e.

So you have compounded what is known from the papyrii with a seked taken from one pyramid.
Seems to work but this isn't cultural evidence from the AE but an interpretation by you. No points lost for your formula.

What I was saying is that I haven't seen where the AE actually used the 14/11 seked as part of a formula to solve for circumference, area, or as a means to eliminate a need for "Pi" in the formula.
