To begin.
I looked closer at the entrance point on my drawing and the dimension measure "snapped" to another dimension line instead of the point of reference I intended to hit. It's a common error caused by rushing through dimensioning...I should have zoomed into the entrance area on the drawing to confirm before posting...that is failure point #1 on my part.
Failure #2 is not explaining that I took the "average" point of measure at the entrance...not the floor...not the roof but inbetween the two on the same slope.
I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you following of these measures.
Now...
I do not see how you arrived with the 4642"...is it possible to upload your drawing for me to check?
I did the same with the sub chamber as I did with the entrance of the DP. I selected the upper corners and the north base corner of the chamber to draw a three point circle.
I will post a close up of both areas for you to study.
