From an earlier post of mine ...
Hi all ...
This is a most enlightening exercise !
Again from Jon's website marvel at the images ...
Height 43m
Base 57.75 x 57.75m
Volume 47,390 cu. m
Slope 56° 18' 35"
Dynasty 5
Satellite Pyramids (1)
Queens Pyramids (0)
Again it appears there is not much in the measurements but one must look a little deeper than most have in the past and we find a most intriguing FACT.
The height of The Pyramid of Unas is 43 meters and using my 20.Phi measurement we find that this equals 43 x 39.37 = 1692.91 inches and I know this is rather hard to believe but Petrie has for his distance up to the floor of The King's Chamber at Giza ...
+ 1692.8 ± .6
This checks for 1/100th of an inch ... Hmmmm ... nice accuracy !
Please note that 1692.8 as well as equaling 82.11 cubits equals EXACTLY 43 meters. 1692.8 / 39.37 = 43.000 (42.997 accurate to within 3/100ths of an inch.)
cheers
