One of a few errors I have found with your measurements ...

From the south face of Pyramid 2 to south face of pyramid 3 is approximately 631 ( actually I think it is 631.15)

According to your measurement ... of DE you have 19427.853 Divide this by 20.618034 = 942.275

This would mean that from the south side of G3 to your point D line is 942.275 - 631 = 311.275

So may I hazard a guess that your ED measurement was in fact a measurement form E down to your H line and your measurement of F to the H line would seem to confirm this. I think you will find it is somewhere around my measurement and I think it is important to note that I do not think Petrie's H line is horizontal to the corner of the walls which is the projection of line ED to where it bends to the SE ..
