A ratio "is" a ratio and nothing else. It's the result of the ratio that has meaning, but only if proven that the ratio is/was intentional.

The KC is 2:1 in ratio...was it intentional...can you prove it?
Of course you can't unless you witnessed it being designed and constructed. But it's silly to claim it coincidental since the accuracy in measure deems it being intentional...likewise with what I am presenting.
