But that is the point! If it is 100 times harder to saw/work granite as opposed to limestone then 6,000 granite blocks are equal to 600,000 limestone blocks. I would call that an enormous task! But that’s just me! Plus if granite was going to cover the entire exterior then an even bigger task.

So the logical thing is to make a smaller pyramid but of a superior material.
