Hi Don
Petrie has an angle for the north side but no length and a length for the west side but no angle.
My approach was to draw the east side length with angle then starting from the south point of the east side draw the south side with its length and angle.
Next draw the north side angle (starting from the northeast point) with the estimated length of 4153.6 inches.
Next draw the west side length (starting from the southwest point) with the estimated angle .2341667 degrees.
All in all things needed a little bit of manipulation to bring the west and north sides together but I feel this may be the best that can be expected.
Long story short I get 19.166 inches for A to B if you wanted a 90-degree corner.
