The entire thing is in fact spell 125

What led me astray was that the tomb owner is seen at the far right praising the 42 judges, something I believe that is not common, but is in vignettes to chapter 18 with it's 44 deities laid out just like the 42 judges. I had counted them in the image, but as it's not that big or clear, miscounted.
