First, I'm aware that there is an argument for a connection between Heb-Seds and pyramids: but I know of no evidence for any connection whatsoever between the pyramids, Heb-Sed, and rainmaking.
But, second, if there were, surely there would be evidence linking the "rain and Nile flood anomalies observed in Dynastic Egypt" to the pyramids, surely the most impressive of them - the GP - wouldn't be excluded?
