No. Cancer was never associated with any major deity. Furthermore, I had a look at the Dendera zodiac ceiling... and there isn't a crab there.

Notice that the style and signs are the same on the round ceiling as on the strip ceiling. They're even in the same order.
Sirius is Horus on a papyrus column. Cancer seems to be the bull on the barge. Since they were made around the same time, if the sign of Cancer had been a scarab beetle, then it would also have appeared like this on the zodiac ceiling, right behind the Horus-papyrus-column version of Sirius.
Kepher as the winged beetle is shown elsewhere in the temple, in the same "Nut-giving-birth-to-the-Sun" image. Constellations are never shown in this way.
