That's Harsomtus, Uniter of the Two Lands on his barge. He appears in a lot of other contexts (as snake-lotus pair) in other places around Dendera... most notably in the infamous "Dendera light bulb" images. I can't read the hieroglyphs next to his head (I only recognize the simpler groupings) but it should be informative.
Incorrectly identifying the deity is a huge flaw and suggests that you're taking the image out of context.
