While the great seat of 'Sun-Horus' makes some sense, albeit esoteric and the implied exactness of ground-sky dualism, 'Speedy of Construction' or 'Speedy of Fashioning'on the other hand seems to have no context in reference to a wall enclosure..

"The Builder Gods established the four sides (ifdw) of the 300 x 400 cubit enclosure..."
(from this one would be tempted to assume that the physical stone structure was indeed the handiwork of 'gods'?)
