The nature of the overall structure. There's nothing in Egypt that would coincide with this kind of deep tunneled structure prior to Khufu.
The well is

But there isn't a shred of evidence that says they're
not concurrent structures. We can't just start slicing up a building and say certain parts are older just because they aren't all date stamped.

But in the absence of any evidence whatsoever for this, we have to accept, for the sake of logical argument, that they are all one concurrent project.
Bring me evidence that they were built at different times, and I'll gladly look at it. Asking me to split up the pyramid just because it's
possible... well, it's possible aliens built it, too.
