I disagree, Your aknowledged area of expertise gives you the depth of perspective to recognise significant cultural differences. In the case of the AEs it's hardly an understatement to say that they danced to a different fiddle..in just about everything.Will Work for Beer!...well, not quite everything then smiling smiley

Besides which anyone , who like You, or myself, indeed most of u8s who post here .own to our amateur status in Most diciplines...and aren't ashamed of asking for Book Lists paper references, etc etc . And that is Proffessional methodology, imho.
