Actually, not true. There is evidence from the time in question that clearly suggests the purpose of the shafts. If people would stop being distracted by the star speculations, they might actually begin to understand the reasoning behind the shafts. categorically stated, they have absolutely nothing to do with stars. Focusing on stars, azimuths, alignments, zeniths, etc. are only distractions.
