Well you've got to keep them somewhere...

I'm going to have to memorise a page a visit to the book shop as I jumped directly to the end and didn't get a chance to read the justification for the claim. I doubt that the volume will sell so I should get the chance.

Failing that the EES Library have a copy but it's out on loan at the moment.
