This height is what you proposed a few days ago, and your alternative is not correct.
We even know Petrie did not consider any other theory to be likely because he re-itterated his conlcusions after his excavation of Meidum at the end of the 19th century, and again in a publication in the late 1930s. He was quite clear of the proportions.
Petrie did not err as we all know, except on a couple of minor copying details in P&ToG where there are thousands of figures.

The model was built using Petrie's data iirc and it's clear it's the correct reconstruction.
On Khafre's pyramid some of the casing surface is still
in situand is still visible on the upper levels.
