Okay, here's the line of thinking....
In order for Uncle Waldo to interecede, he has to be "over there" with "you know who".
In order for Waldo to be over there, we must believe he's not nowhere.
Why believe he's not nowhere, unless we are having trouble with Uncle Waldo being nowhere?
That's my thought. I don't understand why anybody would think Waldo went to the realm of the gods as a default option unless they were unwilling to admit Uncle Waldo might have gone to Nowhere Land. It is all predicated upon "anywhere by Nowhere" mindset, and I don't know if that mindset would necessarily exist without fear of joining Waldo in the Nowhere, or an inability to say good-bye to Waldo in the Here.
