No not Atlantis! grinning smiley

This is a pretty short question. Actually, i thought this was quite interesting. Antartica was warmer during the cretaceous and warmer still when it was near the equator some 500 million years ago. This means that it must have had flora and fauna, and even dinosaurs lived there! How is this research conducted and what are the difficulties faced by fossil hunters in Antarctica?
