Yes, but the problem still is to properly convert and store solar energy in industrial size quantities so that it can be used by any civilization!

Either case and above all, what we have is not an energy problem but a socio-economic problem. For example, at the root of it all, the concept of debt based fiat money just simply cannot continue to scale as is in the 21st century! That is the most basic and fundamental of all of the problems of today's civilization!!!
